WHO ICOPE Approach Training
(Integrated Care for Older People).
The innovative aspect of this approach is threefold :
Make seniors actors of their own health by encouraging self-monitoring of their functions.
Use new technologies for assessment and monitoring of their functions.
Change habits by offering care based on functional status rather than organ pathology.
This training includes general modules and complementary modules that are based on WHO recommendations developed by international experts from robust scientific literature data.
